Together with Lanta Muay Thai Academy we are able to provide our students with a 3 month to 1 year Education (ED) Visa.

Providing it thru SoulFitness will get you 5 % discount on the Visa and half the price of all of SoulFitness memberships in any of our studios.

1: Six months ED Visa ( THB 38'000 ) 

School tuition and training fees; prepare, draft and review of the paperwork to receive an approval from the Ministry of Education and Thai Immigration Bureau; submit the necessary documents to the Thai Government Aouthorities.

2: Nine months ED Visa ( THB 48'000 )

School tuition and training fees; prepare, draft and review of the paperwork to receive an approval from the Ministry of Education and Thai Immigration Bureau; submit the necessary documents to the Thai Government Aouthorities.

3: One year ED Visa ( THB 55'000 ) 

School tuition and training fees; prepare, draft and review of the paperwork to receive an approval from the Ministry of Education and Thai Immigration Bureau; submit the necessary documents to the Thai Government Aouthorities.

Requirements for ED Visa application:

 

1: Filled out Visa application form

2: Passport validity - minimum. 6 more months than your ED Visa 

3: Recent 8 passport pictures of the applicant, size 4 cm x 5.20 cm

4: 4 sets of copies of all your passport pages, signed by yourself. Empty, clear pages with no visas, remarks etc.- no copy required

 

Important notes:

Please note that initially you will get your ED Visa for 3 months after after that you have to obtain an Extension of stay for every next 90 days. We have to meet you 15 days before the 3 months is over since we need to prepare documents and apply for your first and subsecuent extensions of stay. Every extension of stay costs THB 1'900 to be paid by you directly to the office of Immigration in Krabi. 

Should you decide to leave Thailand during the validity of ED Visa or extension of stay - you must go to the immigration in Krabi to apply and pay for a Re-entry permit, without the Re-entry permit in your passport, your ED Visa and/or extension of stay become invalid. 

If you leave Thailand with Re-entry permit you should come back to Thailand and meet with us 15 days before your next extension of stay is due. We need 15 days to prepare the paperwork to apply for the extension of stay for you.

Obs! The Educational Visa (ED Visa) is only for people who entered Kingdom of Thailand on a tourist Visa, Visa exemption. The ED Visa is for any foreign national between 6 to 79 years of age, who wishes to stay in the Kingdom of Thailand to attend a course offered by Lanta Muay Thai Academy.
